1. The service
StealthPeek (“we”, “us”) provides a web-based viewer that retrieves content from public Instagram profiles (stories, highlights, posts, reels, follower lists, and tagged photos) and displays or downloads it for you. The service is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.
2. What the service is not
- We do not provide access to private accounts or private content. Any third party claiming to do so is not affiliated with us.
- We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
- We do not require, and you must never provide, your Instagram username and password.
3. Acceptable use
By using the service you agree not to:
- Use it to harass, stalk, threaten, or defraud anyone;
- Use it to collect data about people without a lawful purpose;
- Attempt to access private accounts, or to circumvent anyone's privacy settings;
- Resell, republish at scale, or scrape the service itself;
- Misrepresent yourself as the service, its operator, or any third party.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
4. Intellectual property
Content viewed through the service belongs to its original creators and to Instagram where applicable. The service displays it for your personal, non-commercial use. Downloading content does not grant you any license to republish or exploit it. StealthPeek branding, text, and design are our property.
5. No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StealthPeek and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
